Fantastic luxury gem away from the hustle & bustle, with the nicest possible staff!
Super friendly & helpful staff! We loved the villa and our private pool. The restaurant is nice and has great ocean views & feel. All round exellent stay! The Whatsapp use for room service seems cumbersome, but is actually quick & convenient. The location is away from the hustle & bustle, which is what we were looking for.

Nice villa with excellent service for couples without elderly folks and very young children.
Staff were super attentive and attended to our needs straightaway Nice pool and garden Very next to nature experience. Remember to switch off outdoor lights at night else they would attract the flies and large geckos which are part of nature. I take this as a plus although some might be scared of the large geckos Friendly cats in the vicinity kids could play with Coffee service at breakfast was excellant
Some of the rooms seemed to be warm at night despite aircon being set low. Not sure why. Was a little bit sweaty at night. Maybe resort can check on this easily with a thermometer. Perhaps it could be due to the mosquito netting Booked 4 bedroom villa no 17. Room A bathtub was clogged and despite staff efforts blocked again and had to resort to bathing in the toilet area. Was fixed 2nd time on 2nd last day. Hope this can be resolved for next guest without recurrence. Swimming pool underwater light is loose. Needs to be fixed back. Electrical hazard for the pool if a kid pulls it loose underwater Came with elderly parents and children. 3 of the 4 rooms only have a bathtub without a showering area. So may not be very suitable for the very elderly who have difficulty climbing a bathtub or if you want to keep a tight eye on your children as the rooms are about 15-20m away on each floor. Toilet lighting is quite dim if windows are closed or at night. The rooms are quite far from each other and a smaller living room. Nice if the 4 separate room occupants like a private time. Less ideal if the villa folks want to spend time together as the living room is also small. It was raining daily the pipes from the roofs splashed water onto the stairs. Management should observe how the water splashes into the stairs during heavy rain and make small modifications so the stairs stay dry even in rain Food at the restaurant can be improved. Maybe rather than a big spread focus on making a few good dishes. Maybe alacarte rather than buffet. Quality over quantity. Coffee service was nice.
